Bob
Bob is a very common name.  Until I went off to college, everybody called me Robert.  So, if you met me prior to 1965, you probably still call me that.  It's no big deal; as someone said, "I don't care what you call me, just so you call me to dinner."

When I saw the Disney film, The Black Hole, I was taken aback to discover that the names of the two good robots were Bob and Vincent.
